Jeannie DuBose, MS, and Rev. Keith Grogg, D.Min. will lead us through engaging Scripture, reflection exercises, and observations from their respective marriages. Come prepared to learn and laugh together, illuminated by the eternal truth: love’s journey is not just about the blaze in the beginning but about finding ways to ignite the flame again and again.

Join your host, Rev. Ansley B. Page, in Fogartie Hall on Friday, 6:30-8:30pm, and again on Saturday, 9am-12:00noon. A Delicious Dinner and a Continental Breakfast are included in the price.

More Information About Your Leaders

Jeannie DuBose is the author and illustrator of Tending the Fire: The Story of a Marriage and The Mother Daughter Dance. An experienced speaker, facilitator, and retreat leader, Jeannie works with organizations focused on health and spirituality and faith communities. A graduate of Vanderbilt University, Jeannie holds an M.S. in Counseling Psychology from Georgia State University, a Certificate in Spiritual Formation from Columbia Theological Seminary, and is an ordained elder in the Presbyterian Church, USA. Jeannie and her husband raised their three children in Atlanta, where she served on staff at Trinity Presbyterian Church as the Director of Spiritual Formation and now resides in Montreat.

Keith Grogg was ordained to the Ministry of Word & Sacrament in 1994 and has been the pastor of Montreat Presbyterian Church since April 2014. He has served churches in Carolina Beach and Kannapolis, NC, and in Illinois, England, and Kentucky. A graduate of Indiana University, Keith received his M.Div. from McCormick Seminary and a D.Min. in Christian Spirituality from Columbia Seminary. He has been married to Vivian Hare since 1992 and they have two young adult children.
