Located in our Family Life Center, the recreation department houses fitness classes, nautilus equipment, dumbbells, treadmills, elliptical machines, bicycles, a walking track, regulation size basketball court, and locker rooms with showers.
Gym Hours of Operation
Balance Class for Seniors is back! This three-week session will help improve balance, strength, and mobility. Class begins Wednesday, September 11 at 11:00am in the Activity Room. There is no fee for church members, but pre-registration is required and class size is limited.
XTREME BOOT CAMP CLASSES
Looking to amp up your cardio and strength training routine? This workout will get your heart rate high and your muscles strong! You will be challenged with high-intensity cardio intervals, functional training moves, and strength training exercises. Get out of your routine and into your next level of fitness.

Meet our Recreation Director!
Colleen Darrall has a degree in Exercise Science from Winthrop University and also has extensive experience as a personal trainer and wellness coach. Her approach to recreation ministry and fitness focuses on connecting people to each other to enhance the enjoyment and accountability of wellness training, with the goal of individual and community health.
